Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in leading risk based internal audit delivery within complex organisations
• Proven capability leading and developing high performing internal audit teams
• Strong understanding of internal audit standards, governance, risk management, and controls
• Experience managing and leveraging external audit and advisory partners
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Continuous improvement mindset and passion for using insight to drive better business outcomes
