Human Resource Generalist

We are hiring a Human Resource Generalist to support the continued expansion of Teltonika in Bogota, Colombia. The role involves building strong local teams, identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions, and implementing scalable hiring processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong enthusiasm for recruitment and a genuine desire to grow in the talent acquisition field
• Openness to feedback, a growth mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and employment regulations
• Solid knowledge of HR processes (e.g. onboarding, performance, compensation management, engagement, retention activities, offboarding)
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and navigate cross-functional relationships
