We are looking for an IoT Engineer to strengthen our ambitious team in our Assago office (Milan). The candidate will advise customers on how to use our products, resolve technical issues, and prepare documentation for internal and external use.

Requirements

• Native or highly fluent Italian and good English skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to help others
• Experience in 2nd or 3rd line technical support
• Knowledge in Computer Networking
• Higher or equivalent technical / engineering education
