Job Description
Join our team as a Legal Counsel supporting TELUS Health business units nationwide. Provide daily legal advice on commercial, regulatory, and operational matters. Write and negotiate agreements, advise on Canadian health regulatory law, and support new product launches.
Requirements
- Admission to the bar for at least 3 years
- Membership: Member in good standing of the Bar of Quebec or another Canadian bar, with admission to practice in Quebec
- Bilingualism: Perfect mastery of French and English (oral and written)
- Proven experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements
