- Define operational problems and explore clear paths to illuminate and make concrete decisions that reconcile results for stakeholders and the business.
- Reject the status quo to increase performance, with an analytical mindset that understands, analyzes, and optimizes complex business problems, issues, and challenges.
- Exceptional collaboration, relationship management, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in change management and program management: end-to-end management of large-scale initiatives.
- Track record of success as a program manager, with the ability to execute consistently end-to-end.
- Demonstrated experience with senior leadership, including vice-presidents and senior vice-presidents.
- Self-directed and thrive in a constantly evolving environment, with a strong sense of belonging and enthusiasm about contributing to a fun and collaborative work environment.
