The ideal candidate will provide short-term counselling services to employees of client organizations facing personal, family, or work-related challenges. Requirements

• Provide short-term counselling services to employees of client organizations
• Address a variety of issues including risk, addiction, relationship difficulties, parenting, family conflict, grief, aging, depression, and anxiety
• Manage administrative requirements in accordance with the client's EAP model
• Manage intake processes, conduct thorough assessments, and develop effective treatment plans
• Work independently within a shared office space alongside experienced clinicians
