Job Description
Join our team of bilingual trainers and support pharmacies across Canada with a variety of services. As a business analyst, you'll design and develop training programs, provide guidance on complex implementation projects, and work with minimal supervision to ensure positive customer experiences and optimal results.
Requirements
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid coaching, animation, and teaching skills
- Proven expertise in using and troubleshooting Kroll by TELUS Health applications
- Experience in the pharmacy domain
- Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Resilience, flexibility, and ability to adapt to change
