Job Description
As a Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, selling, and supporting TELUS customers with respect to residential intelligent telecommunications and security products. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic people who will provide personalized, attentive, and dedicated customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role
- Proven experience in a customer service environment
- Knowledge of Connected Home products and services
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license or applicable license in the province where the position is located
- Ability to obtain a security agent license
