Senior Real Estate Manager - Lease Controller

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial lease management, with at least 5 years specifically in lease accounting or financial management within the telecommunications or infrastructure industries.
• University degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Accounting designation (CPA) or working toward one.
• Expert knowledge of IFRS 16 and general accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite.
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents (leases, land titles) and construction drawings (surveys, engineering designs).
