Job Description
Join TELUS Health as a Team Manager of Clinical Operations for X-Ray 505, a breast imaging and radiological examination center in Vancouver. Lead a team of 16-20 Medical Imaging Technologists and deliver exceptional care and customer service for patients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital mammography experience
- Proven leadership skills, including team building, results-driven, accountability, and the ability to empower others
- Collaborative and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Innovative and adaptable
- Certified in mammography by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
- Demonstrated expertise in applying the CAMRT standards of practice and relevant national guidelines for Medical Radiation Technologists
