Job Description
Builds, installs, repairs and maintains external network infrastructure of TELUS and ensures continuity of access to client infrastructure in accordance with services to be delivered.
Requirements
- D.E.C. or D.E.P. with 2 years of experience, or Secondary diploma with 5 years experience
- Provincial Class 3 driver's license
- Knowledge of common PC software, building codes and laws, external network construction and maintenance, reading plans, telecommunication networks, fundamental electricity theories
- Manual dexterity, visual acuity and colour distinction, using a PC and common software, using test and measurement equipment, transporting heavy loads, working at heights, climbing using a safety harness
