Job Description
Temedica is seeking a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to drive scalable customer acquisition through digital channels. This role involves developing and executing campaigns, leveraging data tools, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize ROI. The manager will focus on app marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, and acquisition channels across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and app stores.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in growth and performance marketing, ideally in digital health, lifestyle, or SaaS.
- Proven track record managing budgets and scaling acquisition campaigns.
- Working knowledge of SaaS & app marketing, including ASO and mobile attribution tools.
- Familiarity with growth marketing frameworks (e.g., growth loops, funnels, flywheels).
- Working knowledge of web/app analytics, testing methodologies, and marketing automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools to support creative production, testing, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
