Role Overview

We are looking for a Principal Business Solution Consultant based in Indonesia to join our Business Solution Group APAC. In this senior role, you will drive Temenos' growth in Indonesia and across APAC by combining deep expertise in Core Banking, Payments, and Islamic Banking with strong consultative skills to win new business, expand existing accounts, and deliver impactful client value.

You should have 10+ years in banking technology, consulting, or solution sales, proven expertise in Core Banking, SaaS/cloud platforms, and Payments, and strong record in pre-sales or solution consulting, influencing C-level decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in banking technology, consulting, or solution sales
• Proven expertise in Core Banking, SaaS/cloud platforms, and Payments
• Strong record in pre-sales or solution consulting, influencing C-level decisions
• In-depth understanding of the Australian financial services market and regulatory environment
• Experience in Pre-sales and related sales activities
• Interest in the financial services industry; the trends, challenges, and innovations
• Experience in a client-facing role acts as a trusted partner to Senior Stakeholders (business and technical stakeholders)
• Ability to navigate complexity and deal with ambiguity
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do approach to problem-solving
• Global mindset, team spirit, and a desire to make a real impact
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions
