Job Description
Beth El Early Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Preschool Teacher to nurture young children in a warm learning environment. The role involves assisting with curriculum implementation, tracking progress, fostering a safe space, and building positive relationships. The ideal candidate will contribute to a collaborative and community-focused team.
Requirements
- Assist with implementing engaging curriculum and daily activities.
- Help track each child’s progress and promote developmental milestones.
- Support children with daily routines like feeding, napping, and diapering.
- Build positive relationships with children, encouraging self-confidence and responsibility.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
