Credentialing Specialist (Provider Credentialing)- Temple University Hospital

Perform complex administrative, clerical, operational, and strategic functions, including credentialing applications and supporting documentation for medical staff and advanced practice providers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Associate's Degree Preferred
• 2 years experience in physician credentialing in a health care environment Required
• General Experience and knowledge of physician credentialing software Required
• General Experience and knowledge of the Joint Commission standards, PA Department of Health regulations, and PA State Board of Medicine licensure requirements Required
• General Experience in a hospital setting Preferred
• Cert Provider Cred Splst Preferred or Cert Pro Med Serv Mgmt Preferred
