Supervisor, Care Management - 40/hrs Day Shifts (Temple Hospital Jeanes Campus)

The Supervisor of Care Management serves in a leadership role and supports the Director in daily leadership responsibilities, facilitating the patient's progress through the acute episode of care in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Requirements

• Case Manager certification required within 1 year from date of hire
• 2 years experience in a Hospital setting as a Case Manager and/or 2 years experience managing a case management department
• PA Registered Nurse License Required
• Certified Case Manager Required
• Multi State Compact RN License Required
