Job Description
Temple University's Athletics Department is searching for an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach. The position involves developing a Division I competitive Men's Soccer program, teaching student-athletes, evaluating and recruiting qualified student-athletes, and supporting the Head Coach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least two years of previous soccer experience as a collegiate coach and/or collegiate student-athlete
- Experience administering Division I NCAA rules
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Software
- Ability to assist with budgeting, scheduling, meal planning, coaching, recruiting, scouting, and purchasing and caring for equipment
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated problem solving, strong leadership, and team-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong integrity and character who shares a commitment for knowing and complying with NCAA, Conference and University rules
