Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in higher education, counseling, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in student affairs, case management, Title IX compliance, Title VI compliance, ADA, or similar work.
- Knowledge of Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, ADA, VAWA, Clery Act, and other laws related to discrimination and harassment in education.
- Experience providing trauma-informed, student- or employee centered support.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse populations and maintain neutrality in sensitive situations.
- Excellent organizational and case management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and complex issues with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
