The Sr. Director of Continuing Medical Education (CME) is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and administration of a financially self-sustaining CME program that meets the educational needs of physicians and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 6-10 years experience in an Academic office environment required.
- M.D., Ph.D., Ed.D with 10 years progressive experience in medical/continuing/adult/health professional education (preferred)
- Strong written and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with accreditation requirements for continuing medical education and health related professional education.
- Demonstrated leadership, administrative/management, and marketing skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with top management and to represent the health science center to external institutional and organizations
