Requirements
- Implementing and carrying out individual Service User support plans
- Safeguarding the rights and dignity of the Service users
- Supporting Service users to build their confidence, self-esteem, and ability to manage their mental health symptoms
- Supporting Service users with taking their medication
- Supporting Service users with their daily living skills and domestic chores
- Encouraging and motivating Service users into employment, voluntary work, and/or education
- Accurately keeping daily records
