Support Assistant Part Time/Full Time

Requirements

• Implementing and carrying out individual Service User support plans
• Safeguarding the rights and dignity of the Service users
• Supporting Service users to build their confidence, self-esteem, and ability to manage their mental health symptoms
• Supporting Service users with taking their medication
• Supporting Service users with their daily living skills and domestic chores
• Encouraging and motivating Service users into employment, voluntary work, and/or education
• Accurately keeping daily records
