They are seeking Support Assistants to join their team to support service users to improve their daily living skills and live life to their full potential.
Requirements
- Implementing and carrying out individual Service User support plans
- Safeguarding the rights and dignity of the Service User
- Supporting Service Users to build their confidence, self-esteem, and ability to manage their mental health symptoms
- Supporting Service Users with taking their medication
- Supporting Service Users with their daily living skills and domestic chores
- Encouraging and motivating Service Users into employment, voluntary work, and/or education
- Accurately keeping daily records
