Job Description
Temporal is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join its Infrastructure Foundations team. The role focuses on driving technical strategy, alignment, and execution across compute, networking, and cloud orchestration. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the scalability, reliability, and operational excellence of Temporal’s core infrastructure while also influencing the long-term direction of the platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional engineering efforts focused on cloud, compute, networking, and storage infrastructure.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A track record of contributing to long-term technical roadmaps and making thoughtful system-level tradeoffs.
