Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related areas.
• Advanced/fluency in English for professional communication.
• Knowledge of other languages adds value to our service.
• Proven track record in luxury services, serving UHNWI as a Concierge Consultant and Tourism Specialist or Experience Specialist.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create genuine connections with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology, including reservation systems, CRM, digital concierge & lifestyle platforms, and customer service tools.
