Tenable is seeking a Staff Product Manager to help deliver on the Tenable One Exposure Management product strategy. The successful candidate will be skilled at researching and helping solve under-met or underserved customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to gather customer feedback and ensure the product meets user needs
- Partner with key customers and internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, develop, and deliver world-class cyber-exposure SaaS/PaaS offerings
- Define product features and functionality based on user needs, market demand, and company priorities
- Manage the product backlog and work with engineering teams on execution
- Identify and negotiate priorities with key stakeholders to ensure the customer need is met
- Lead via influence and credibility
- Experience working distributed teams
- Utilize customer insights, product analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide product development decisions
- Communicate to executive leadership and provide visibility to team contributions
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization
- Be an active participant in the execution of go-to-market, launch activities, and conferences
