Tenable is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, guide customers through vulnerability management and compliance tools, and grow their skills working with cutting-edge cybersecurity technology.
Requirements
- Technical degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in networking and both Linux & Windows OS
- Knowledge of cloud and cybersecurity concepts
- Customer support experience and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Columbia, MD
- Must already be authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
