Requirements

• Performs winding and coiling of tubing
• Operates HPU and area forklift
• Leads material packaging installation
• Assists with customer work reels and coiled tubing units
• Updates and interprets tracking systems
• Assists with Laydown operations
• Operates Level winder and spooling operation
• Applies rust inhibitor to pipe during spooling
• Assists with loading and unloading the spool
• Performs visual inspection and notifies Quality
• Controls pipe coiling and spool HPU positioning
• Identifies and controls key quality aspects of product
• Performs accessory installations and replacements
• Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance
• Identifies and interprets job instructions and activities from existing information systems
