We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team directly, responsible for the installation and stabilization of production machinery, diagnosing and repairing equipment failures, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night, Monday to Monday with rotating shift)
• Having experience in similar positions in industrial companies
• Experience in indicator analysis
• Residing in nearby areas
• Conflict resolution capacity
