Senior Clinical Data Analyst (Healthcare Analytics)

Tendo is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Analyst to drive operational improvements through data analysis. The role involves curating data sets, developing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with teams to impact customer success. The ideal candidate will be proficient in healthcare analytics using Electronic Health Records (EHR) reporting and possess strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience working in clinical data analytics in a healthcare setting.
• 5+ years of professional experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) Analytics (Epic Clarity and Caboodle).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field OR Master’s in Public Health, Data Science, Business/Finance, or Statistics
• Proficiency in SQL querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with PowerBI, Business Objects, Universe, and Web intelligence tools.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team setting.
