Associate Director/ Director, Debt Advisory

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual at Associate Director / Director level with an advisory, banking or buyside background to join our growing team in London. The role involves managing all workstreams on debt advisory engagements, developing and analysing financing options, and actively supporting business development activities.

Requirements

• Managing all workstreams on debt advisory engagements

• Leading day-to-day deal execution
• Managing junior staff
• Supporting the more senior members of the team with origination and business development initiatives
• Project managing engagements
• Supporting Management teams in preparing and challenging business plans
• Liaising with the Company’s lawyers
• Managing teams and creating effective delegation and development opportunities for junior members of the team
• Understanding and actively managing the Company’s risk
• Identify opportunities to expand jobs as well as opportunities to provide wider Teneo services to existing clients
• Support execution of marketing initiatives aimed at specific channels to market, or events
• Actively support practice and talent development
• Provide on-job coaching and development to junior team members
• Develop junior staff outside of jobs through appraising and mentoring
• Support wider FA training initiatives
