Associate Director - Credit & Asset Mgmt EMEA

Trimont is a specialized global commercial real estate loan services provider. We are seeking an Associate Director - Credit & Asset Mgmt EMEA to support the Senior Director in managing a portfolio of CRE warehouse loans secured by UK and European real estate investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in loan management, with a focus on finance or real estate sectors
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing complex financial data and creating detailed reports
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a dynamic setting
• Organizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands
