Associate Director, Insolvency, Quality & Risk Management

This role is a Senior Vice President within Quality & Risk Management, focused on improving processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising insolvency delivery teams. The position requires strong technical insolvency knowledge and experience, along with strong interpersonal skills. The role involves financial advisory, investment management, and risk analysis, supporting clients through difficult financial scenarios. Teneo advises corporations, creditors, and other financial stakeholders.

Requirements

• Pass in the JIEB corporate exam paper
• Professional accountancy qualification
• Technical insolvency background and experience of dealing with complex technical matters
• Demonstrable technical experience in England & Wales insolvencies
• Knowledge of RP’s and Special Administrations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of GDPR and SARs
• Experience dealing with investigations, complaints and claims
• Working knowledge of the ICAEW Code of Ethics
• Knowledge of NI, ROI and other British protectorate jurisdictions
• Strong working knowledge of IPS and TPS
