Job Description
Join Teneo as Consultant / Senior Consultant (m/w/d) – Corporate Compliance in Frankfurt, Germany. As a senior consultant, you will support clients in developing, implementing, and further developing compliance management systems, as well as conducting compliance risk analyzes, audits, and investigations. You will also be responsible for managing projects and leading team members.
Requirements
- Successful completion of higher education, preferably with a law-related background
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in the compliance area, preferably with consulting experience
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (in particular ISO 37301 and IDW PS 980)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Analytical thinking, structured work, and confident appearance
- Fluent German and English language skills – and a desire for international projects
- High level of engagement, reliability, organizational talent, flexibility, and communication skills
- Service-oriented work style and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics and industries
