Director, Insolvency, Quality & Risk Management

Teneo is seeking a Director, Insolvency, Quality & Risk Management to lead and drive the improvement of processes, procedures, and regulatory compliance in the delivery of insolvency services. The role involves supporting and advising insolvency delivery teams, engaging with stakeholders, and providing a trusted advisor on complex technical matters. The individual will be commercial minded, have experience dealing with complex technical issues in England & Wales, and be GDPR and SAR compliance knowledgeable.

Requirements

• Pass in the JIEB corporate exam paper
• Professional accountancy qualification
• Strong technical insolvency background and experience of dealing with complex technical matters
• Demonstrable technical experience in England & Wales insolvencies
• Knowledge of RP’s and Special Administrations would be beneficial but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of GDPR and SARs
• Experience of dealing with the investigation, management and resolution of complaints and claims
• Strong working knowledge of the ICAEW Code of Ethics, insolvency legislation and SIPs
• Knowledge of NI, ROI and other British protectorate jurisdictions would be beneficial
