Call Center Representative

The Call Center Representative assists patients with scheduling, inquiries, or any other related items, and provides internal customer service in ensuring phone calls are managed appropriately.

Requirements

• Provides positive interpersonal interactions with patients over the phone
• Schedules patients at locations within departmental guidelines and expectations
• Routes incoming calls within departmental guidelines and expectations
• Handles at least 60 calls per day with speed, calmness and accuracy
