Job Description
Provides patient care based on the nursing process as directed by the staff nurse, documents care delivered accurately and timely in electronic health record. Assists with professional nursing staff with the provision of basic adult and/or pediatric patients.
Requirements
- Provides patient care based on the nursing process as directed by the staff nurse
- Performs all delegated patient care functions in compliance with policy and procedure as directed by the primary nurse
- Provide clerical support to the unit nursing staff in a prompt and efficient manner
