Certified Sterile Processing Tech

The Certified Central Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for the reprocessing of all sterile and non-sterile materials, instruments, and equipment for surgery and other hospital units.

Requirements

• Performs Decontamination Procedure According to Policy.
• Performs Sterilization Procedure According to departmental Policy.
• Maintains Patient Equipment.
• Assists with the Education/Training of Staff
