The Clinical Manager is responsible for the day-to-day shift operations in the Telemetry Department, providing leadership to the telemetry staff and managing human resources in a cost-effective manner.

Requirements

• Leadership of telemetry staff
• Management of human resources
• Investigating and resolving patient, visitor, staff, and physician complaints
• Providing direction in changing workload during crisis and emergency situations
