Requirements

Adheres to the mission, purpose, philosophy, and policies of Tenet Physician Resources
Demonstrates support for the Corporate Compliance Program
Sets up equipment and prepares patients for examinations
Selects the proper transducer type and frequency and moves equipment/machines as needed for testing purposes
Obtains and reviews pertinent patient history, physical exams, and clinical data
Performs diagnostic procedures by producing and evaluating ultrasound images
Provides interpreting physicians with oral or written summaries of technical findings
Maintains and cleans equipment per manufacturer guidelines
Completes all paperwork and billing requisitions accurately
Maintains supplies for testing sites and assists with other clinical functions as directed
