Job Description
Full time pharmacist for level III NICU, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, every 4th weekend. Up to $5,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Review and monitor patient's medication therapy and orders
- Order verification and medication profile reviews
- Prepare, label, and dispense medications for patients
