Practice Manager

The Physician Practice Manager is responsible for managing administrative and operational functions of assigned practices, including inventory control, personnel management, patient relations, and patient flow.

Requirements

• Oversees the development and implementation of goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement new office procedures to improve office flow and operations.
• Manages Human Resources, including interviewing, hiring, and evaluating staff.
• Reviews the operational budget and ensures the practice stays within budget parameters.
