The Registered Nurse (RN) Educator collaborates with market nursing leadership and staff to assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate educational programming for nursing personnel. The educator implements a comprehensive education program for the facility while following Tenet educational goals and vision. Educational programs include orientation, continuing education, and in-services.
