The Registered Nurse (RN) II position in the Emergency Department is responsible for providing total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of all patient populations. The RN II oversees RN l's, ED Tech's and CNA's, and uses effective communication skills to work with patients, families, co-workers, and physicians.
Requirements
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- 1-2 years of ER experience
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
- Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification
- Current American Heart Association PALS Certification
- Current NIHSS Certificate
- Successful completion of EKG Test
- Successful mastery of nursing skills and knowledge related to a RN I position
- Basic Computer Skills
