Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

We're looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Emergency Room, providing direct nursing care and serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Requirements

• Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization
• Implements and monitors patient care plans
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
• License Required: Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days
• Certification Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Certification Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department
• EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
