Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool

This role provides direct clinical patient care to patients on a per shift basis, and assumes responsibility for supervision of staff and ensuring high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care.

Requirements

• Assesses, plans, and implements direct clinical care to assigned patients
• Supervises staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
• Supports CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
