Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

Provides direct patient care to assigned patients, develops and documents patient education plans, and coordinates care with other health professionals.

Requirements

• Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned patients
• Collaboration with other professional disciplines
• Development and documentation of patient education plans
• Coordination of care with other health professionals
• Verification of orders for accuracy
• Administration of medications and IV therapy
• Monitoring of first dose medication(s) for adverse reactions
