Job Description
This position provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients. The role assumes responsibility for supervision of staff and supports the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality care and competency of clinical staff.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) degree
- Current RN licensure in Texas
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement patient care
- Supervisory skills and ability to direct care
- Knowledge of nursing process, safety standards, and risk management
- Ability to coordinate patient care and administer medications
- Knowledge of HICS (hospital incident command system) and emergency codes
