The Registered Nurse Shift Manager utilizes the nursing process and organizational/ leadership skills to coordinate services of staff to patients during the designated shift. The job involves coordinating with staff and leadership to ensure patients needs are met and supports administrative duties. Requirements

• Assess staff need for the unit and collaborate with the staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor
• Utilize the nursing process to coordinate services of staff to patients during the designated shift
• Support administrative duties
