Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the care given to inpatients and outpatients to patients of all age populations at Piedmont Medical Center requiring respiratory therapy services.

Requirements

• Diagnostic test of the cardio-pulmonary system
• Quality control on all respiratory care equipment to include I-STAT blood gas analyzers
• Provides respiratory care to patients
• Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period
