Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department, including patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and strategic goals. They promote a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors, and maintain clinical and professional competency.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Nursing required
- 2-3 years of Acute Care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership ability preferred
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN or LPN License from the state in which you reside is required
- American Heart Association BLS CPR required
