Security Officer

The Security Officer 1 is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, patients, and visitors by monitoring and patrolling facilities, providing customer service, and responding to emergencies.

Requirements

• Ability to perform continuous physical exertion activities
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment
• Ability to frequently prepare written reports and provide quality customer service
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations, calmly and efficiently
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, as well as an annual background check
